This is a fix & flip project: we’ll purchase the home, complete a targeted renovation, and then resell it. Renovation Plan
This will be a light rehab, given that the property is already in pretty great condition; the plan will be to modernize the home and make it more worthy of folks who want to live on a beautiful golf course. Preliminary scope of rehab includes:
